Ukiah Man Arrested for Attempted Murder

A Ukiah man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. According to the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a reported physical assault at a residence in the 700 block of Lake Mendocino Drive in Ukiah on June 6 at approximately 7:20 p.m. They arrived to find a 70-year-old man had been stabbed multiple times. 25-year-old Harley James Patton was arrested and booked into the Mendocino County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and elder abuse with great bodily injury.
