Hospital Goes on Lockdown After Threat

Howard Memorial Hospital in Willits was put on lockdown Friday afternoon, after a man entered the hospital and made threatening comments. Due to the nature of the comments, the Hospital’s Communications Manger said they put the hospital on lockdown out of an abundance of caution, while they investigated to see if this was an actual threat. It turned out not to be. During the lockdown, which lasted a few hours, the hosptial functioned as normal for patients.
