2 Avert Trials with Guilty Pleas to Marijuana Offenses

Trials against two people accused of marijuana offenses have been averted, after they both plead guilty to charges. The Mendocino County DA says 63-year-old Eugene Allon Lincoln, of Covelo, plead guilty to unlawful cultivation of marijuana involving environmental violations of law, and being a convicted felon in unlawful possession of ammunition – both felonies. 53-year-old Sonya Lou Lincoln, of Covelo, was convicted of the unlawful cultivation of marijuana involving environmental violations of law, as a misdemeanor. Sentencing is set for March 8th.
