Trial Underway in Clearlake Oaks Home Invasion

A trial is underway for two men who are accused of taking part in a home invasion in Clearlake Oaks. The men, Dion Andre Davis II, 27, and his half-brother, Gregory Pierre Elarms, 30, are accused of robbing the home of Ronnie and Janeane Bogner, during which their adult son, Jacob, was pistol-whipped and shot in the leg.. Charges against the two men include robbery, burglary, assault with a firearm on the victim, and and on a lieutenant of the Clearlake Police Department. Three other suspects have also been arrested in the case. They are Tyler Christopher Gallon and Sean Douglas Foss of Clearlake, and San Franciscan Jenaya Drevelyn Jelinek. Foss and Gallon have yet to stand trial and Jelinek pleaded out to lesser charges. District Attorney Don Anderson is handling the prosecution of the case. He says the trial could continue through late February.
