Hunting on the decline

Hunting has fallen out of favor in California, while sportsmen try to keep it alive, forces pull from all sides to silence the guns in favor of anglers. In 1970 there were 700 thousand hunters in the state, Last year there were only 250 thousand…..a 70 percent decline. In California, hunting advocates say sportsmen are being driven out of the state because of mounting gun laws, rising fees and public opinion.
